SKOH is an architecture office in Crete, founded by Stratos Kalatzidakis and Olha Hunchak. A place where architecture begins with the desire of recollecting the old and producing the new. We work through a process that aims to investigate the context in which we are called to operate, redefining bespoke residential projects through a thoughtful dialogue with sustainability and landscape. Geometry, light and natural materials are the fundamental elements of our work. We are attracted by a simple and honest architecture, capable of making us act, feel and think. Our interest in authentic, warm spaces and high craftsmanship, set the guidelines for a continuous search for timelessness and beauty.
