Two simple volumes define the dwelling with their offset arrangement generating sheltered exterior spaces. The building withdraws at key moments, allowing courts and terraces to become integral parts of daily life. Openings are measured and selective. Larger frames orient toward distant views; smaller, carefully positioned windows guard the private zones of rest, cultivating a sense of refuge.
